Subscriptions are available on a monthly basis only. If your subscription begins in the middle of the month, please talk about your period of a contract with your delivery agency.
Newspaper shop staff visit subscribers’ homes to collect the monthly fee at the end of each month.
If you have any preferences as to the time or day for collection, please note them on the application form.
Automatic payment from a bank account is also available.
If you wish to stop or suspend delivery for such reasons as moving or being away from home for an extended period, please let us know as soon as possible.
“New subscriber” status cannot be extended to current subscribers, subscribers who have moved, people extending a subscription, people who change the name of a subscriber at the same address and people who renew a contract after previously canceling it.
Subscribers in Aomori, Akita, Iwate and Okinawa prefectures, and the Hokuriku region receive The Japan News in the afternoon or one day after the issue date.
